Delivery & Returns Policy

UK, Eire & Channel Islands

Delivery

• We deliver to the UK, Eire, Isle Of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
• Goods sold in the UK are subject to Vat at the current rate of 20%.
• All orders in the UK are delivered free of charge with a value in excess of £99.
• Goods will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
• Goods sold to the other destinations are charged at the current Vat rate of 0%.
• Specific delivery charges are made for the other named destinations.
• Please see our Delivery Charge Guide for prices to the other specific locations. Note that these may be subject to change.

Returns

If you would like to return an item/s, for whatever reason, you may do so provided we receive the goods within 28 days after the day you received them. The returned item/s must be unworn, not soiled and in a saleable condition. A sticky wallet and FREE POST returns label and Returns Form will be included in with your order. Please use the FREE POST returns label on the outside of the package when returning goods at your local Royal Mail Post Office. You may wish to upgrade your return to a Special Service to cover the cost of your items in the event of the parcel being lost or stolen; this can be done at the post office.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of any item, which has been altered, to your specifications. We also cannot accept a return more than 28 days after you have received the item.

We are happy to accept returns of overseas orders but please note the cost of the return must be paid by whoever is returning the order. It is also your responsibility to return the goods in a saleable condition. We cannot take responsibility for any missing or lost items being returned back to our Warehouse. We also cannot accept returns of any item(s) that have been altered to your personal specifications. We also cannot accept a return more than 28 days after the date you received the order.

Europe

Delivery

• We deliver to all European countries.
• Goods sold in the European Union Countries are subject to Vat at the current rate of 20%.
• Goods are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
• Charges for delivery will usually be £15.00.
• The specific times for delivery and the specific delivery charges can be seen in our Delivery Guide and will be shown separately at the checkout when you purchase the goods.

Returns
