Entry:
Answer
the competition question as stated on the 'Knight and Day' competition
page. Eligible entrants who have answered the question correctly will
then be entered into a draw to win the 1st and Runner Up
Prizes.
Prizes:
• 2 x 1st Prize Winners – Each receive 1x Beige G10 Mod Harrington Jacket
• 20 x Runner Up Prizes – Each receive a £15 VUE Cinemas Gift Voucher
•
The first 2 correct entries drawn at random from all eligible entries
will each win 1 x Beige G10 Mod Harrington Jacket.
•
The 2 x 1st prize competition winners will all be given the choice of
size [Small; Medium; Large; X-Large].
•
The next 20 correct entries drawn at random from all eligible entries
will each win 1 x £15 VUE Cinemas Gift Voucher.
Opening/Closing Date & Time:
• Competition opens for entries 12th July 2010 at midday [12pm GMT].
• Competition closes for entries at midday [12pm GMT] on Friday 6th August 2010.
• Entries made after the closing time will not be entered into the competition.
Draw Date:
• Within 48 hours of the closing date & time for all entries.
•
The winner will be contacted on their phone number within 48 hours of
the closing time and date for all entries.
Method & Cost of Entry:
• Answers can only be submitted online via the 'Knight and Day' competition page.
• There is no cost for this competition entry.
• One entry per each customer.
•
Eligible entrants who have answered the question correctly will then be
entered into a draw to win the prizes.
There
is no email, telephone or postal entry. Entries on behalf of another
person are void. Entries over the maximum number of entries for each
Baracuta fan and which are incomplete, inaudible, incomprehensible or
received after the closing time will not be entered into the free prize
draw.
General Competition Terms & Conditions:
• No purchase necessary to enter.
• This competition cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• This prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
•
By entering the free prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have read
and understood these rules and be bound to them.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise stated.
•
All decision by ‘The Promoter’ will be final and
binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
•
If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable ‘The
Promoter’ reserves the right at its absolute discretion to
substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.
•
Employees, relatives and suppliers of ‘the
Promoter’ are not eligible to participate.
•
There is no alternative prize and the prize is non-changeable,
non-transferable and excludes any additional costs and
expenses.
• ‘The
Promoter’ is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages
or losses incurred by the winner in taking up the prize.
•
‘The Promoter’ endeavours to deliver the prize
within 7 days of winner confirmation, i.e. the date that ‘the
Promoter’ has managed to contact the winner and received
confirmation of eligibility. All prizes will be sent via Royal
Mail.
• ‘The
Promoter’ will not pass an entrant’s data to third
parties for marketing purposes if that entrant has asked to receive
marketing information from those third parties.
• The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
•
‘The Promoter’ will not amend contact information
provided once entry to the competition has been made.
•
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. If they cannot be
contacted or fail to provide an address for delivery or fail to meet
the eligibility requirements as set out in the general competition
terms and conditions, and elsewhere as applicable, or are otherwise
unable to comply with these terms this may result in forfeiture of the
prize and ‘the Promoter’ reserves the right to
offer the prize to the next correct entry drawn at random from all
eligible entries.
