If you are located in the UK, please return the goods Free of charge, using the return postage paid label provided.
If you are outside the UK, please return the goods via your local postage service and we shall reimburse your reasonable costs of posting.
In both cases, please ensure that you complete the returns form enclosed with your parcel and make sure you obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us, if you do not have a certificate of posting.
